  • Does Crystal offer Advanced Placement (AP) courses?

    As of the 2012-2013 school year, Crystal no longer offers AP courses. The curriculum was uncoupled from the Advanced Placement (AP) model in order for teachers to design challenging courses that allow for more student-initiated projects, investigative research, and global experiences. All of our courses are rigorous, college preparatory level, and the most advanced, capstone courses are designed as honors-level. While Crystal no longer offers AP-designated courses, students can sit for some AP tests administered on-site, for which an honors-level course will prepare them for the exam.
