Crystal is hosting a Thanksgiving Break Soccer Campfor all Bay Area students in grades 4-8. Campers will review skills and fundamentals and compete in fun and meaningful build-up games, scrimmages and more. Growth and learning will be the focus throughout the sessions.
The free Common Ground Speaker Series, created by a coalition of Bay Area schools, including Crystal as a founding member, aims to enrich parent education in our communities. With support from the Crystal Family Association, we bring nationally acclaimed speakers to our school community.
Beyond our grade-specific service learning days, we offer school-wide chances to contribute to the broader community. Our students and their families engage in various service projects, from Rebuilding Together and Habitat for Humanity to Family Community Service days, providing numerous opportunities to make a difference.
In May, the Crystal Family Association hosts the Spring Breakfast, coinciding with its final meeting of the year. This event features a guest speaker and gives parents/guardians the chance to vote for the following year’s leadership team of the Crystal Family Association. It’s a great occasion to connect and contribute to our community.
The Crystal Family Association hosts a Parent/Child Night each year, exclusively for our Middle School students and their parents. This special evening is a delightful opportunity for Middle School families to come together, bond, and enjoy a night filled with fun and entertainment.
Organized by junior class parents, the Senior Luncheon in May is a beloved tradition where seniors and their parents come together to celebrate. This luncheon is a wonderful way to honor our seniors and their families as graduation approaches.
Throughout the year, these gatherings allow our alums to reconnect with old friends and discover how to stay involved with Crystal and one another. Our event list includes the annual cocktail party, various regional events, and the much-loved Alumni Networking Event.
Join us at a variety of events throughout the year. Celebrate with us at Homecoming, enjoy Family Fun Day, experience our theater productions and musical concerts, and participate in cultural festivities such as the Lunar New Year Banquet, Diwali Celebration, and the Fine Arts Festival.
The Gryphon Club’s Doc Ingersoll Memorial Golf Tournament is an opportunity for past and present members of the Crystal community to unite in support of our school. Royal “Doc” Ingersoll, whom this tournament honors, dedicated 21 years to the Crystal faculty. Renowned as an exceptional teacher, mentor, coach, and avid golfer, Doc’s legacy lives on in this tournament.
