To maintain student-athletes' performance and health throughout their lives, immediate care for injuries is provided, as well as education on biomechanics, anatomy, and injury prevention techniques for students, coaches, and parents. Through the preseason Strength and Conditioning program, student-athletes are equipped with the knowledge and physical readiness to minimize injury risks. In the event of an injury, the Director of Sports Medicine, physical therapists, orthopedic specialists, and faculty members work together to ensure a speedy and safe recovery.

This recognition is given by the National Athletic Trainers Association to secondary schools with athletic health care facilities that are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations to ensure that quality healthcare services are delivered. It reflects the Sports Medicine program's commitment to provide a safe and knowledgeable environment for student-athletes.
