Transportation is designed to prioritize convenience, safety, and eco-friendliness. Routes and stops are strategically clustered around student residences to minimize transit time. While using bus and shuttle services is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. Buses make two to four stops, which makes them ideal for longer distances, while shuttles are better suited for shorter routes.
Yes. Notice is needed only if this occurs on a regular basis. If a student regularly misses their preferred transportation route, they may be taken off the roster and cannot be guaranteed a seat.
Since routes are near capacity, service providers will accommodate students only if seats are available. Contact the Transportation Coordinator at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to make a switch on a certain day: transportation@crystal.org.
Given the different schedules and transport patterns, there are separate routes for US and MS students. There will be one morning shuttle from the MS campus for US students who choose an earlier commute time.
Notify transportation@crystal.org when you wish to change your student’s transportation route on a permanent basis. Please do not notify when you wish to pick up or drop off at a location along the same route.
