Crystal Speaker Series: Guiding Teens: Supporting Growth and Leadership with Dot Kowal, HoUS

Upper School parents are invited to attend a coffee with Head of Upper School Dot Kowal to talk about parenting teens and supporting their development emotionally and socially as leaders and community members. This event offers the opportunity for the following:
- Connecting with other Crystal parents, meet new people, and check-in with old friends
- Reflecting on the ways your child is developing empathy and leadership skills
- Considering areas of focus as you guide your child towards more self-awareness self-reflection, and ultimately independence
- Learning about teenage brain development
