Leadership, Faculty & Staff Expertise and Passion

Champions of Student Success

A team of dedicated educators, staff, and leaders guide students toward transformative learning and meaningful connections. Driven by the visionary leadership of our Head of School, Kelly Sortino, our faculty brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom. In our small classes, averaging just 14 students, teachers get to know students personally as individuals with unique dreams and aspirations. They are educators, mentors, and champions of student success.
Crystal Stewardship
Our Board of Trustees plays a pivotal role in shaping the school’s direction, ensuring that we stay true to our mission of empowering kind, curious learners. Under their stewardship, Crystal has grown into a vibrant, inclusive community where every student’s journey is valued and nurtured. We invite you to meet the people integral to your story at Crystal.
