Return to Your Sports and Activities Safely
To maintain student-athletes' performance and health throughout their lives, immediate care for injuries is provided, as well as education on biomechanics, anatomy, and injury prevention techniques for students, coaches, and parents. Through the preseason Strength and Conditioning program, student-athletes are equipped with the knowledge and physical readiness to minimize injury risks. In the event of an injury, the Director of Sports Medicine, physical therapists, orthopedic specialists, and faculty members work together to ensure a speedy and safe recovery.

Rooted in the latest research and best practices, this program ensures student-athletes are safeguarded and equipped with knowledge regarding concussions. Once student-athletes are deemed safe, they are first cleared to return to academics, then to athletic competitions and extra-curricular activities.
